IO1: RESEARCH REPORT

- Results-research on the identified need for a three-dimensional program for the dual career of athletes in cycling clubs
IO2: THREE-DIMENSIONAL SPORTS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME FOR DUAL CAREER
The task will be based on the collected and analyzed information from the studies in the previous work package. Its essence will consist of creating a methodology combining the different areas of expertise of partner organizations to implement the educational program. Based on the profile analysis, the partners will decide the right balance between the methods. Preparation and the development of a comprehensive 3-step dual career management program and guidance on the conclusions, data collected, results, and needs of the target group identified in Work Package 2. The program will be structured in three individual stages, Education, Life Skills, and the basis of the information gathered by all project participants and analysis information and surveys.
IO3 ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM

IO4: GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DUAL CAREER PROGRAMS FOR CLUBS AND CYCLING STRUCTURES
A compendium of guidelines for effective and efficient techniques for educational disciplines, relevant and relevant to practicing sports for preparation and a smooth transition to the analysis, assessment, and ongoing development of different aspects of their dual careers.
